This large property needed a heating and hot water system that could cope with five en-suites, two main bathrooms, and additional leisure spaces, all while being efficient and reliable. MQS was asked to design and install a complete system that would keep the whole home comfortable and future-ready.
We fitted two 16kw air source heat pumps, twinned together in a master and slave configuration to manage electricity use intelligently. This setup gives the property all the power it needs without unnecessary energy waste. The installation was a full copper system with secondary circulation, which means hot water is available instantly at every tap in the house. Underfloor heating was installed across both floors, giving consistent warmth, while the gym and sauna at the rear of the property were also connected to the system so that everything runs seamlessly.
